Cancellation Policy

You can request a cancellation or change to your booking through the app or by contacting us directly.

We ask that you provide as much notice as possible to allow us to reallocate our team.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time: no charge.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a charge to cover allocated resources.

In rare circumstances (e.g. severe weather, equipment failure), we may need to reschedule.

We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date at no additional cost.

You can request changes to your booking date, time or scope through the app.

Significant changes may require a revised quotation.
