By using the MC Builders Cleaning app and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.

Quotations are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted following a site visit.

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

A booking is confirmed once you have accepted a quotation and we have confirmed the date and time.

We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time. If we are delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You must provide accurate information when requesting a quotation or booking.

You must ensure safe access to the property and disclose any hazards before work begins.

You must provide water and electricity access where required for cleaning equipment.

We will carry out the cleaning to a professional standard using trained staff and appropriate equipment.

We will treat your property with care and respect.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects not caused by our work.

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of job completion.
